Scottsdale Villa in Bella Vita Gated Community

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful Bella Vita condo! It was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious, complete with a back patio and fully furnished with everything I needed. I loved that it was an end unit, with 3 sides of windows/natural light, with a parking spot right out front! The location is perfect, overlooking the mountains and popular Scottsdale walking trail/Chapparal park. The owner is a kind and welcoming host who was always quick to respond and assist if I had any questions. The gated community feels very safe with kind and friendly neighbors, and has all the amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym and grills. The location is perfect, too! Close to the 101 and Old Town Scottsdale. I am so grateful for my time here and highly recommend!

This condo was in the perfect location in Scottsdale, biking distance to Old Town along the canal for fun and restaurants. The owner was really friendly and a great host. He let me borrow a bike to use during my stay. The condo community was really peaceful and the condo was comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable, the pool in the complex was really well-maintained, and I loved having my coffee out on the patio in the mornings. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be staying here again! It was the perfect spot!

I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was bright, cheery and very clean. Its in a great location close to downtown Scottsdale, parks and a nice biking trail. It was stocked with all cooking essentials. R was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the Phoenix area.
