Quite court. Yards manicured by gardener. Beautiful backyard with small garden and fruit trees. No smoking in house, outside is ok. I have 2 cats and 1 small dog all very friendly. 2 small steps into house and everything else is flat. Close to shopping areas.
There is another renter in the house plus myself. He is quite and works nights. There is a shared wall between the 2 bedrooms.
2 rooms with a small walk in closet. Private bathroom with shower.
Very quite! Nice family atmosphere!

I loved this place. Excellent location close to freeways and restaurants. Very pleasant, cozy and comfortable. It was a nice size suite and awesome having everything included. Relaxing backyard area. Parking right in front of house in safe and nice neighborhood. D was super nice, friendly and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Im very friendly and easy going person. Love to garden, and hang out with friends. Enjoy having my niece and nephew over for sleepovers. Snuggling with my kitty cats, and watching Tv.
