The 550sf studio has an indoor/outside feel to it with double sets of french doors and side-lites fronting the space, ceiling tubular skylights in a tall vaulted ceiling, and crank louvered windows high at the top of each side wall. The studio stays cool in Summer as it is well insulated and the back part of structure is built into hillside. In winter, for heat there's a wall furnace.

Paradise is this place! This luxury neighborhood is located in walking distance to one of the best hikes in California (inspiration point) and the botanical gardens. The unit itself is boho with tons of natural light. You feel like you are one with nature, it has an indoor outdoor feel. The unit is so unique, and special, lots of charm and character! It is my favorite place we've ever lived! We are so sad to leave, and will hopefully be back! The landlord is also very accommodating and easy to work with. This is an incredible spot!!
