Private entrance one bedroom unit with living room, spacious kitchen and bath with tub. Parking just outside the door. Recently renovated space in a building that has housed many families for decades. Landlord lives on the property in a separate unit.

Easily drive to the interstate where you can head South to Burlington or North to Canada. I really enjoyed my stay .Kathy is a very amiable and responsible owner.Apartment was comfortable ,clean and fulfilled my needs.Anything I needed was handled promptly.Its location is convenient to the downtown area,with easy highway access and close to hospital.i wouldnt hesitate renting this property again should my need arise.thank you Kathy
I had an amazing stay at this place while working in town. I couldn't ask for better landlords. K and her husband B were always super nice and quick to be helpful if i needed anything at all. The apartment was very clean and quiet and equiped with everything needed for the few months I was there. On top of that this property is located just a couple blocks from downtown. Just a short walk and there is a variety of restraunts and places to grab a drink. As well as being away from the traffic. I have no complaints and couldnt be happier with my stay here.
