This cottage is charming, well equipt with all the essentials. The landlady lives in the main house and is warm, friendly and helpful. While convienient to Portland, it is on beautiful Cape Elizabeth with walks to the park and the water an easy treat. The neighborhood is quiet, the internet is stable, the yard available for sitting or gathering. In winter the cottage is warm and cozy, snd the roads get plowed. You would enjoy your stay any season. I highly reocmmend it.
I stayed at an adjacent apartment on the same property as this cottage. The location is close to area hospitals in Portland (Maine Med and Mercy). Travel is an easy 10 minutes. The neighborhood is also very peaceful making going to sleep a breeze. M was also very nice and easy to communicate with. I would easily stay again if I ever come by in the future.

I am the retired homeowner living upstairs with my 40 yr old daughter and her two sons. I have lived in the home for 22 years now and love the area. It is very quiet and safe. I enjoy cooking and taking photographs, traveling and spending time with friends walking at the Bug Light park which is not far from here. We don't make a lot of noise l, the boys are gifted and spend a lot of time industriously. Sometimes when I cook, I like to share. You may come home to find a care package containing a sweet treat or a whole dinner.
