This is a great quiet place. I stayed here for 2 months. The camper is in pristine condition with a really nice oversized bathroom. M. Is super responsive to any questions. TV, internet and laundry were included. Highly recommend
I can't recommend this listing enough! R was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. I lived there for about a month and am already missing it! I work long hours in health care and the property was so relaxing and wonderful to stay. Even as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.
Mr. M is a great person to rent from. He is very easygoing and responsive to all requests. The camper is literally brand new and very very clean. Has TV and internet. Has a porch area with outdoor seating. We did not use the laundry facilities, so I can't comment on that. Livestock around the area make for a cool experience. Only downside is tanks have to be emptied every few days. It seems you can take about 2-4 showers before needing it emptied. Overall positive experience.

The ranchettes is country style living where we enjoy the peace and quite of a rural setting just minutes from downtown Punta Gorda. I enjoy woodworking as my hobby. My wife is the Point of Care Coordinator / Med Tech at Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte.
