Cute little basement apartment that was very functional for my stay! The owners are very responsive and answered all questions I ever had or helped if I needed it! The living space had everything I needed and then some. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and only 4 minutes from the hospital. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

Very cozy functional unit! Owner is very thoughtful and every item needed to feel like home on the first day is available. Also very responsive when contacted but still very discreet (no interference or intrusion in my daily routine). I enjoyed my stay and would recommend 100%.

I stayed at this rental for about a year and a half and it has everything you could ever need. Its perfect for a traveling health care professional looking for a private, relaxed stay. H & J are the perfect hosts and are quick to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Its close to the downtown area and the two major hospitals located in Bismarck. I give 5 stars and would 100% stay with them again!

The owners are very accommodating. The place is clean and quiet. The neighborhood is also quiet. The house is close to both hospitals and shopping. You wont regret renting.
