This place is a block away from the beach. The house is clean and super cozy. We stayed here for a while and enjoyed the location. A couple of good restaurants and a brewery are a walking distance from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe throughout our stay. L is a really wonderful landlord. We definitely recommend this place.
