2br/2bath Modern Condo near Old Town

Location is great. Tucked away in a quiet condo complex, just a few minutes from Old Town. Place was clean upon arrival and accurately described. Plenty of space as a solo traveler, and would be suitable for multiple tenants. Was perfect for my travel assignment in Phoenix. Would stay here again and recommend to future travelers.

Ben said this was a "professionally" cleaned unit, came into the unit to find dead bugs, dirty kitchen without even countertops wiped down, multiple stains on the couch/carpets and the floors dirty. Solution to the problem was for me to clean with some reimbursement or to contact the cleaner myself. This unit had some weird renovations with light switches not working and finding an older iPhone to use to control the lights. Some outdoor patio cameras did not stay long enough to know if they were turned on or off. Read your lease very carefully as I discussed one thing directly with the landlord and come to find out my lease said something differently (partially my fault for not reading carefully). Would not rent unless significant changes were made. As a single female traveler I would not feel super comfortable in this area just based on first impressions. If it says anything about the conditions I did not end up staying here when I was starting a travel contract a few days later.
