Amazing beach community 20 min walk from Hendrys Beach and Boathouse Restaurant. Walking path, cycling and close to Elings park with tennis, paragliding and hiking. Near a great mini market and three gourmet supermarkets, hospital and clinics. Best burger one street away! Thrift store nearby, shops on State St and University only a couple miles away.

This property was excellent. It is fully equipped with everything you could need, and has a very nice feel to it. Y and K are wonderful to rent from as well. Any problems I ever had they were super responsive and quick to make things right. I stayed here for 3 months while on an assignment in Santa Barbara and would definitely stay here again!
About the landlord
Yolanda
We are working professionals with three teens, one in college at UC Berkeley. We love the outdoors, Santa Barbara living and the community. Kelly is in Information Technology/System Administration at a local software company and Yolanda is an educator in Mental Health. We are passionate about flamenco, Spanish culture and travelling. Yolanda and Kelly have been around the world to Bermuda, Australia, Europe, Asia and South America. We are both of Basque heritage but have not been there as of yet. Hope to go in 2024!
