Leasing a room from Helen has been a truly pleasant experience. She was always quick to respond to any issues that arose and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed, often offering food and assistance as well. Helen is very knowledgeable about Santa Maria and was always helpful in sharing information about the area. Her home was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it easy to relax after a long day at work. From my room to the bathroom, everything was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to lease from Helen again-it's been a wonderful experience!
Cute camper, cozy and in good shape. Helen is a great landlord, very responsive and frequently checked to see if I needed anything in the beginning to ensure I would have what I needed to make my stay comfortable. I was not used to living in a camper and she was very helpful with tips and explained the little things to make sure things went smoothly.

Married couple with a 28 Springdale travel trailer with a 14 slideout on the Northern side of our home. Private entrance opens into a tropically landscaped setting . Beautiful view of the hills on the North side of the Santa Maria riverbed
