    We are doing short term rental on our first home we owned, we still live locally but outside of the city limits. With us being local we are able to keep up on maintenance on the home and help with any needs that come up. We take pride in our house and keep it as nice as possible. We still have some things we are updating on the home, but it is ready to be lived in and give someone a wonderful short term home. This home is 8 blocks from the University of Oregon. The neighborhood this home is located in is highly desirable area to live. Is quiet and safe.
