I stayed here for about 2 months. The house is wonderful, everything youd want and more. My first time staying with someone and cant say enough things about the host and her co-hosts. The spaces you have can be as private or as open as youd prefer with your own main door entrance that only you use, and a long hallway separating you from the rest of the shared spaces. K is an awesome host with 2 awesome co-hosts Barbie and Tom (her dog and cat). The place was very clean with a nice quiet neighborhood and very very nice neighbors! K will make you feel very comfortable and youll feel like youre home from day 1. Both Barbie and Tom will let you have your space but if you dont mind the company you can leave your door open and theyll come in and visit from time to time, which made it even more comfortable. I usually kept my door open anytime i wasnt resting and they were great roommates checking in now and then. They are both sweethearts! Everything is pretty close by, maybe a max of 20-25 minute drive to explore. I could go on and on about how great my stay was. Ill end with the fact that if I do return back to Vegas for another couple month stay, I will definitely be contacting K to see if her place is available again.

Unfortunately my work contract got canceled, so I was only here for a week, but K was great to work with. Upon arrival there was a sweet gift basket, she also provided directions to work and best ways to get around. Her animals are very sweet. Home is very clean and everything as pictured is exactly what you get. The location is wonderful and very safe. I would recommend staying here.

K is an amazing host with an amazing home. She is is kind, friendly, personable and all around a great person. Being new to Vegas she gave us plenty of suggestions of cool places to check out while we were in town. My partner and I stayed here for 1 month. Her house felt like a place we could call a home. It was very clean and spacious. We had a private entrance, our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is newly built and very well maintained. Its in a quiet cul- d'sac and felt very safe. We appreciated her attention to detail in decorating the home and we hope to have a home so lovely in the future. We can't thank her enough for such a wonderful stay 10/10!
