This house is a very old work in progress for me. It sits right outside of the city limits and is located on 5 acres of land that backs up to a Cedar River offshoot. This will give you all the privacy you need with the added bonus of having endless room to let your dog off leash.

This property is a perfect place to stay! C is an amazing host. She answered any questions I had and at any hour! Very professional. Its a great spot away from town but also only 5-10 mins from everything. If you have dogs it has a very spacious back and front yard that you dont have to worry about them running to the road. The neighbors are friendly and do not bother you. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely try to rebook with her!
Enjoyed my stay here. Very peaceful and quiet outside of the occasional train that comes by. Old farm house with little quirks but loads of space for me and my dog. The neighbors were very nice and it felt super safe.
