The Rose Garden #69

I am a UNE student and loved living in this apartment! Its about a 15-minute max walk to campus, though the nearby traffic lights were what slowed you down. I usually drove because I paid for commuter on campus parking and I was on campus from 7:30 AM to 8 PM or later and appreciated having my car. The apartment offers two parking spots, which was a huge plus. During winter, the lot was always plowed promptly, with a 15-minute heads-up from the plower to move your car if needed. Noise: The apartment was very quiet, with no noise issues. Most neighbors were UNE students when I lived there. Maintenance: The landlord, Margo, is amazing! She was quick to address any issues, with her maintenance person arriving ASAP whenever needed. Internet: The internet was reliable. If there were provider issues, Margo kept us informed, and things were usually resolved within an hour. This apartment was an excellent place to live, and Id still be there if not for moving to clinical locations. Margo is a fantastic, responsive landlord, and I highly recommend this apartment to UNE students, travel nurses, or anyone looking to stay in Portland. Youll love it!

This is a great place and felt safe leaving my college student there. In a nice cul-de-sac, but close to colleges, shops, and medical centers.

This place was very nice and convenient. It was in distance of so many cool places. The house was furnished with everything we needed and it was easy to figure out and move into. The woman who owns the house is very nice and helps out with anything you need. I would highly recommend staying here!

Spacious, well equipped house in a great location in Portland ME. 10 min drive to major hospitals and 10-15 min drive to down Portland. Tucked away in a culdesac in a safe neighborhood with designated parking spaces. We stayed in #69 and loved the features of the house, very modern yet cozy. M is a sweet landlord and helped us whenever we needed it!

M is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay here. It's very clean and functional and has everything that we needed to be comfortable. Highly recommend this place and highly recommend M as a host!
