Modern Luxury 2-Bedroom w/ Pool

This place is and was the perfect place for me to begin my relocation to Nevada. I started with a 3 month lease and extended for 2 more months. The owners are amazing, super accommodating, and professional. The place is immaculate with mid century modern furniture, awesome walk-in rain shower, comfortable beds and a big Tv in every room. It has all the amenities youll ever need and even had space for my Peloton bike. And I cant forget the RV parking for big Airstream sprinter van. Super safe neighborhood surrounded by multi million dollar homes. The backyard is super cool and huge with plenty of places to kick back and relax near the pool. I highly recommend staying here. Youll thank me. And the owners. Thanks for hosting me for 5 months.

Stayed here for a 26 week contract at Spring Valley Hospital, I just kept extending. I didn't know I was going to enjoy it so much! The work-life balance during my assignment felt more fun than actual work. I don't usually write reviews but have to give credit where credit is do! LOVED the convenience of how accessible everything was from this Cul-de-sac location! Work was literally down the road. The convenience of having my own personal car was almost unnecessary because grocery stores, the gym, and anything else I needed was all there. On top of being in great neighborhood, never had to worry if someone was going to break into my car. The spare bedroom was a great move, for when I had family visit, and is worth the price in rent! This location is Perfect, seconds from work, and minutes from the strip. Overall, A was always quick with responses and even quicker troubleshooting issues, if one even arises during your stay. BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Honestly, the property is beautiful and A was such a great host! He made me feel at home. Its a big property! I always felt like I had my privacy. Parking was a breeze. Great place for travel nurses and people who are looking for a home away from home!
