Beautiful 1- bedroom apartment

Wonderful landlord. I was there for 6 months and found that any issue, if it did arise, was promptly dealt with. The communication was great. The property was clean, quiet and very close to everything you needed. I would definitely recommend this property and landlord. If I ever need to come back to Rochester, they would be my first call.

This is a very cozy place to stay. The owner was very quick to respond to all questions I had. Would recommend to anyone!

I stayed here for 2 months, and I have to say, B is hands down the best landlord I've dealth with. He's always there to help with any problems that may arrise, has a great team that helps stay on top of things all the time, and the wisdom/knoweldge he has is an amazing plus. D, B's wife, is a lovely lady who also helps B run the property. The property itself is very clean and it has everything you'll ever need. Towels, linens, cleaning products, kitchenware, and much more. The bed is great and the matress is very comfy. The living room has 1 big couch, 2 rocking chairs, and a TV. The apartment is close to a complex that has resturants and grocery stores like Chick Fil A, Chipotle, Hy-Vee, and Aldi that are 2-5 minutes walk away. Also, the apartment is 7-10 minutes away from Mayo Clinic by car and is very close to a couple of bus stations which gives you access. To finish this off, this is a great property for that price and what makes it even better is B and D.

This was a great stay for my short time in Rochester! B is a superb landlord who is both available and more than eager to help with any issues that may arise. The place is very clean and comes with a wide assortment of utensils and kitchen accessories. The furniture is clean and stain-free. Water gets hot fast and has good pressure in the shower. The mattress was replaced right when I got there, so it is a firm and comfortable. Closet comes stocked with many hangers for clothing which is really nice! It is a very cozy apartment and the neighbors are very friendly! This place made my stay in Rochester feel like home! Very satisfied with my stay! 10/10 would rent again!
