Quiet safe one bedroom cottage close to Local Major Hospitals

J and L are GREAT! They've been very welcoming, accommodating, and have been overall great hosts. The cottage is very well maintained and clean. The cleaning ladies are also fantastic (included in the price of rent). We've had a few electrical issues in the bathroom and with the outside light, but J and L have been very on top of maintenance. As soon as we raised a concern, they were very responsive and had an electrician come out as soon as they could. Before I convinced my girlfriend to come out, she was very apprehensive about the move. It's a long way from home and she wasn't sure about the area. Her main concern being safety. We have had absolutely no issues with this. The cottage is tucked behind the main house and is in a very safe area. It has it's own parking and plenty of space to yourself. My girlfriend and I looked around together for quite a while before deciding on this stay. We've been very very happy with it and couldn't recommend it more. Thanks! :)

I only have good things to say about this property and these hosts. The place is just like pictured. It is very well furnished, even down to the small details they have thought of everything you may need during your stay. It is clean and well maintained. Everything either feels new or at most just lightly used. It's the small details that you can't tell from a picture that have really made it feel like home. For example, the bed is comfortable, the linens are good quality, the shower pressure is amazing, and the place smells good and is well lit. I also appreciate how private the cottage is and how safe I feel living here. The hosts are very kind and hospitable. They are easy to communicate with and respond quickly. They've gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I know if I needed anything they'd be happy to help. This place definitely deserves 5 stars!

This is a wonderful cottage. Quiet, clean. 10min drive to John Muir Hospital. Sometimes a little more if traffic is heavy. Close to the Expressway. Everything you need is in Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill. The house is nicely decorated, dishes, pots,pans. I enjoy cooking in the kitchen. The shower pressure is AMAZING!! You will be able to relax after a long shift.
