This property is amazing!! One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. I lived here for 6 months as a travel nurse working at Ventura County Hospital. Was a very short and easy commute. I would have just stayed and extended my travel contract just to live in this property. Owner is very attentive and responsive. She is also very helpful and a pleasure to be around. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone. Looks identical to the pictures. All appliances are brand new and very well kept up. Don't pass up on this place!
This is really one of my favorite places Ive lived in yet! The space is brand new, extremely clean with absolutely breathtaking views! There are ceiling to floor windows that let in so much natural light and a great view of sunrises/sunsets! All appliances are new! Fabulous washer and dryer, tons of closet/storage space/private entrance/comfy bed/smart TVs. I is also my favorite tenant that Ive ever rented off of. She is extremely kind and helpful! You wont regret living in this space!
This studio is super cute and more importantly it was super clean! The owner and her family were nice and welcoming. I stayed a total of five months and had no issues. If I'm ever in Ventura I would definitely stay here again.
This property has exceeded my expectations, not only was the property equipped with everything you could ask for, the landlady I truly made him feel at home. With beautiful views out of the panoramic window to an exceptionally well kept backyard including fruit trees, I can't say enough about my stay here. Hop on this property before it's too late, you won't be disappointed.
I was the absolute best landlady I could have asked for! I stayed here for 4 months and was so sad to leave. The poolhouse studio truly felt like a home away from home for my first travel contract. Even though the place is small, it is fully equipped with everything you would need. I really went the extra mile by adding so many nice touches to the space -the built in sonos speakers are AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend renting this property.
