We were not able to look at this property because they said someone living there, but we trusted the pictures. We signed a lease trusting everything would be in order. The day we came to move in we couldn't believe how unclean certain areas of the home were, 2 broken windows, mold on vent downstairs, grass that 2 foot high and much more! We have pictures and videos of everything! We told them this was not acceptable to move into a place unsafe with broken windows, and the way it was left per their lease, they are supposed to give us our deposit back, but they won't! Be very careful!
