After coming from an old traditional St. Louis duplex apartment, coming to this modern apartment was so luxurious. There was plenty of room for two in this unit. The beds were comfortable, gym was nice, assigned parking was in a gated garage, the apartment company took great care of the roads when they were icy, and the whole building always smelled so nice. I would've stayed here longer if I weren't already at my one year mark. 10 out of 10 would recommend for safety, comfort, convenience, quality, and communication.
This property was a very nice apartment complex and T was always willing to help if I needed anything! I loved staying here, highly recommend!!
This apartment was amazing. Only a short distance to Barnes. It had everything a king size bed, washer/dryer/nice bathtub/two big tvs/fireplace and balcony. All the essentials were here for cooking and the linens were nice. The building is secured access with a nice pool and gym. Everyone was nice. I wish I could stay but I love this area so much I want to live here and bring my stuff. I will miss this furnished apartment.
This unit was perfect for my four month stay. It was very clean and stocked with everything necessary. The gym and outdoor pool/BBQ area is great, and gated parking was very safe and convenient. Host was very easy to communicate with.
We had the pleasure to stay in this unit for 3 months and absolutely loved it! The unit literally has everything you could need to call it home for a long term stay. We were happy to find a place that is pet friendly to accommodate our two fur babies! I worked at St. Louis Childrens Hospital and had such a quick and easy commute to work. This is also prime location with tons of restaurants and bars within a couple miles in EVERY direction!! The secured parking garage is a major plus and we never had a problem finding a spot. The gym is well equipped and very clean. Our host was amazing and extremely easy to communicate with, always just a call or text away with very quick response time! The apartment management is also super welcoming and invited us to participate in many resident events! Overall, we had an amazing stay and fell in love with STL and will 100% be back soon for another assignment or possibly to stay!!
I absolutely loved my stay!!! I worked at BJC so this was the prefect location. The host was very accommodating and professional. The unit has everything you need and more, safe, well secured building and the garage parking was a plus. I would definitely book again if Im ever in STL.
So we dealt with the renter and he was fantastic..stayed at a unit similar to this in 305. T really went out of his way to accommodate us and our two dogs. Easy to contact and talk to as well! We worked across at SLU and I even walked it a couple times. That is how close you arefor the rate and the experience it was outstanding. I would recommend the parking garage as well St Louis is known for car break ins. Overall 10/10 experience. We will certainly rent again if we do another contract up there PS you are super close to the grove and a few restaurants
This property was in a great location. The gym and lounge area were really nice, I utilized both. There is also great pool and outside area that would be great during warmer months. The area was nice and safe. Parking was never an issue. The staff were also very nice. The owner was always available and accommodating. I would stay here again.
