Perfect for travelers at the local hospital! So close for work! Local businesses and stores are also close and easy to get to. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living. K&M are super accommodating and easy to contact! Would recommend for short or long term stay.

I enjoyed my stay on Lord Street. I wish I could have stayed longer. Very clean, very safe. All the comforts of home. Train tracks nearby but somehow I never heard them while I slept which was during the day. I would recommend to all! 2 min drive to Brooks Hosp

K and M are terrific hosts. The property is 5 min from Brooks Memorial Hospital. The house is large, spacious upstairs and nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you need to feel at home. Full bathroom with space for your belongings. Beds are comfortable and cozy, with warm winter bedding for those cold nights. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is alternate side of the street parking. Shopping and dining within 10 minutes. Great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality ladies.

I stayed here for about 9 months and since it was just me at the time I tried all 3 rooms :) They are all excellent; 2 are smaller but priced accordingly. Rooms are very cozy, beds/ bedding are amazing. Very quiet, professional house, with friendly neighbors and the alternate street parking is really quite simple to follow. The living room is comfortable with a nice TV, diningroom has a great table for 4 to eat at, and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked with all dishes you may need for cooking. Bathroom is good, with a nice pressured shower. K and M are great landlords! Very friendly and very attentive!! Priced very fair for the value. Everyone was very respectful of the fact that we work different shifts- and I was literally never disturbed while sleeping by any noise of others coming and going. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

K and M were very attentive landlords. They always made sure I was comfortable. Whether it was putting a window AC unit in while they upgraded the central air or making sure I was aware of new tenants. They made communication between current tenants and with them easy. The apartment was very clean and newly remodeled. Everything was there to make my stay very homey. The house is located a few minutes from Brooks Memorial Hospital where I worked. It is close to all the amenities Dunkirk has to offer. Such as the Chautauqua wine trail, authentic cuisine restaurants, to the beautiful waterfront of Lake Erie. I look forward to staying at their property again when I travel back to Dunkirk, NY.
