What this property offers
We are located in a residential neighborhood just 5 minutes drive from the quaint town of Fort Bragg, 5 minutes drive to the ocean, and 5 minutes drive to a walk in the state forest. We are on a one acre parcel of land with a lot of trees on a quiet gravel driveway. Due to limited well water supply, the studio is suitable for one person only. The Mediterranean coastal climate in our area is moderate.
This studio is attached to our home with a separate entrance. It has a small covered porch area to sit and relax. Our place is on a very small quiet road with only 3 neighbors beyond us. We are 1.5 miles out Hwy 20 so we are out of the fog zone and get a little more sun than other places on the coast.

The property is in a perfect location-- a short drive away from downtown Fort Bragg, away from the roads, but in an quiet area with friendly neighborhood vibes. The suite itsself is very updated with plenty of sunshine. The kitchenette has been more than enough for my everyday cooking needs, and the bathroom is huge! T and N have been accomodating of my needs. Even though I work night shift, I have never been woken up by then during the day. They have also been able to work around my schedule to install small updates that have popped up during the course of my stay. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely rent from them again!

Nina
As former travelers we are excited about renting to traveling professionals. Nina is a special education teacher who loves to work with children and Terry is a painting contractor. We both enjoy the natural beauty of the land where were reside and the wonderful community. We visit the ocean several times each week and love learning about birds, other animals, and the plants growing in our area.
