My stay here was fantastic. The property was equipped with everything that I needed and more for a comfortable stay. Location allowed for a quick trip to work or downtown! I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best experiences we had with short term rentals, clean, pet friendly, quiet area (but close to many stores and a boardwalk), as well as 2 min drive to Crunch fitness. We have traveled for a couple years now and the stress moving with animals, fees, and setup has always been such a pain as well as issues related to contract extension or mid contract cuts creating fanancial issues as many people know. This host was very helpful with the setup, online payment process, viewing the home (or skipping that step if you like), and having keyless entry making life and move/ out very easy! My contract rate was cut unexpectedly and forced me to look elsewhere for work. We were able to change our move out date and save time and money which is a benefit you dont find often in a host!

I had a great time staying here while on assignment for work before I had to transfer to a different hospital. I love the fact that Harris Teeter and Crunch gym was maybe 2 minutes away & plenty of restaurants to grab food from that wasnt too far. Also, theres a nice trail that goes through UNCC campus to bike or walk. J is an amazing landlord & will respond in a timely manner if you ever need anything. Be mindful this lovely condo is on the 1st floor so you may hear some noise from the neighbors upstairs BUT overall this is a great place in the Charlotte area!

My stay here has been awesome! It is in a great location and not too far from a target and Walmart location! The place is nice and very clean. The host is also great! She checks in and if I needed anything she got back to me quickly!

This property has everything needed for a single person or couple. The area is clean, quiet and in a great location close to many of the hospitals in Charlotte. As a travel nurse working at Atrium Mercy it was only a 25 min easy drive if you want to avoid the highway. The owner is very professional and committed to clean standards. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
