Cozy 3 bedroom house close to downtown Tacoma and easy access to freeways.

The house is very nice and spacious with more room than youd need. The car port/garage is an amazing bonus! The landlord was great to work with, very responsive and without a doubt one of the most accommodating Ive worked with!

Landlord should not be on Furnished Finders as she does not understand how travel nursing works. My The contract got cancelled 2 weeks before I was supposed to move in- had already paid the $1050 deposit. I understand needing to keep some of the money but she wouldnt even pay back the cleaning fee($300) for a house that was not cleaned for me or the pet fee($250) for a dog that never stepped foot inside. She also stated she had 6 people that were wanting to rent this house that she had to turn away so I doubt she would be missing out on any money. I did drive by the house when I was in Tacoma and it is in the worst part of town- $2500 for this area is a stretch. Tacoma has some pretty bad areas and this is one of the worst. Would not recommend for anyone traveling alone.
