Historic Rowhouse Near Downtown Cincinnati and Hospitals

Had a lovely stay in this property for 4 months, fantastic location and C the landlord is super easy to deal with

Stayed at this charming house during a 6 month assignment at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Unit is the bottom floor of an old row house with very quiet upstairs neighbor. Everything is as pictured and the unit has all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Space is clean and at the end of a street and what made the stay so great was the little neighborhood it is in. Even in my short time I felt so welcomed and safe and loved talking to all the neighbors. Only thing not pictured is the staircase that leads to upstairs but it is nailed off with wood at the top and has a baby gate at the bottom perfect for my cat. Basement is what you expect but washer and dryer worked perfect. I loved walking the area and all its shops and restaurants and also walked to many Red's games and Paycor stadium across the river. Drive was ~15 minutes to UC campus and would probably be similar to all the hospitals in downtwon cinci. Loved my stay!
