Comfortable Cottage Bungalow

This place is great! Its super comfortable and less than 10mins to University Hospital. Its convenient to everything. My husband, our two large dogs, and I lived here for 9mos. The backyard is awesome! Its fully fenced in, but its definitely older. If you have a large dog that will jump on the fence, it might not hold. But for our two dogs its perfect. The only con is that there is no vacuum provided, so we had to buy one because our dogs shed so much. But the place has everything else you could need!

J has been a great landlord to work with. She makes you feel very welcomed into her place. Anything I needed she promptly responded and took care of. Also checked in after about a week into my lease to make sure everything was ok and I had everything I needed for my stay. The location of the house is great, quiet neighborhood but close to downtown, and other shopping areas. The house is a nice size 2 bedroom with a cute office. Very cozy and great decorations make you feel at home. Some bonuses include first floor laundry, dishwasher, and a huge fenced in backyard with a bonfire pit and treehouse. I am really glad I found this place and was able to call it my home while I was contracted to work in Columbia!
