I found the ideal unit that accommodates all my needs. Neighborhood is safe-perfect for walks/runs up the hill, quiet-good rest and sleep, a 2-3 min drive to Vcmc and the view overlooking Ventura is spectacular! R** is attentive, easy going and very hands-on with my needs and everything. My stay sure felt like it went by really fast!

I have a room for rent (with full house privileges) in a very quiet, safe, and very nice townhome that is within walking distance to both Community Memorial Hospital (CMH) and Ventura County Hospital All utilities , including wifi, are included. Your house privileges include the use of the refrigerator, kitchen, and washer/dryer. You will also have your own designated parking space! Short-term or long-term tenants are welcome.
