I had a work contract in Burien and this was the perfect rental space! Its a beautiful/quiet neighborhood and having the downstairs space was very private. The house was very clean and I had more than enough room for all of things. Debbie is an excellent landlord, communicated well, and was very respectful of my space. I cant recommend this rental enough. I stayed for 6 months and I would rent here again.
Debbie was a GREAT host! Very supportive and helpful. The location is close to the airport. The basement stays very cool in the summer and was very comfortable. I was doing home health while there and it was pretty convenient to get to South Seattle for work. Would love to rent here again. Thanks again Debbie!
