Quiet country setting convenient to many medical facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nana's place over the past six months. Paul and Stephanie are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend Nana's place! It's truly special, as it offers privacy while being surrounded by beautiful fields, yet it's just a short drive to stores and other conveniences. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular. The month-to-month rental option was extremely helpful while we searched for our new house.

My wife and I stayed at Nana's Place for 7 months while awaiting our new home to be built. It was such a joy to stay in this beautiful country setting. Peaceful and quiet yet only 5 minutes from downtown with everything we needed within reach. Our landlords, P & S are extremely nice and very accommodating. Whatever our needs were, they were quick to accommodate. The accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us. Good size kitchen with all the amenities, nice living room, washer/dryer, and king size bed. There is a nice above ground pool which unfortunately was out of season for our stay but you would have access to. Plenty of parking! And Oh Yes The Sugar Shack that P & S operate! Don't miss it!!

My sister and I spent 5 wonderful weeks in this rental. The size was perfect for the two of us. We each worked in separate areas of the house during the week. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The king size bed was very comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. The location was beautiful. It was very rural but still only a few miles to restaurants, grocery store, Walmart, etc. The owners were friendly and helpful and super responsive. We were a bit apprehensive at first staying in one location for such a long period of time, but this house truly felt like home. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Where should I begin? My husband and I were lucky enough to secure our 3 month summer stay in January. i loved the space from the first time I saw it. N's Place is an ideal name because everything in the unit reminds you of visiting a warm, cozy home, full of love. The summer months at N's Place was like "a little bit oif heaven", from the luscious green fields surrounding the property to a screened in porch with a large pool to cool off in. P and S became friends in the 3 months we lived there. They were more than accomodating to our needs and we really appreciated that. It became a home away from home and I hated to see the summer come to an end. Fortunately, we hope to make this a yearly thing. It was a great summer in NH

N's Place is a beautiful and peaceful home! The Arsenault's opened their home to us and made us feel very welcomed to their property! My boyfriend and I were so lucky to find this gem in Epping, NH as I worked a decent commute away in Dover. P and S were so accommodating and always willing to give us advice about places to visit, things to do and even invited us to their gatherings. The home was perfect for us as we have a dog who loved running around the huge property and playing outside in the field. The home has a very cozy feeling as all of the furniture was so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and large enough for us to do a lot of cooking! The fact that the home has two bathrooms was also a huge plus for us! The bedroom upstairs was super cute and had a lot of space for storage. We loved the privacy as well as the bedroom has a nice view! Having our own washer/dryer inside the home was another huge perk! Thank you for a wonderful stay in N's Place!!

the apartment is quiet, clean, and cozy. It has everything you would possibly need. The location is just perfect. It's close enough to town yet far enough to enjoy the suburb kinda vibe. The owners are absolutely amazing and accommodating. They are so welcoming that make us feel like we're not far from home. 100% recommended!
