Charming Private Room

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Maya went above and beyond to make my renting experience amazing. Not only was the property spotless and well-maintained, but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maya shared great tips for fun things to do in the city, which made my stay so much more enjoyable. To top it off, teddy is the cutest pup who was an absolute joy to see around! If youre looking for a place with a great vibe and a landlord who truly cares, this is it. I would happily rent here again in a heartbeat!

M is a great host to have for this property. She keeps the place extremely clean and well kept for you. The property itself is in a peaceful neighborhood with not much noise and even has a nice dog park and a walking/running trail in the complex. The traffic isn't too crazy if you want to run to nearby stores and is pretty close to downtown ATL. She has an alarm system set up which has made me feel super safe coming to ATL for my first time as a travel nurse. She is super friendly and sweet to talk to and quick to respond if you have any questions and highly accommodating to all your needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a short and sweet stay to stay in ATL.

Staying here was a great experience! From the moment you enter the subdivision until you close the door of your bedroom, everything is so clean and well kept! Beginning to end, everything was easy and relaxed. The home owner is extremely sweet and accommodating. She works from home, but is very quiet and to herself. I worked nights and never had an issue with noise; sometimes I didnt even know if she was home. She communicates very well and was also very receptive. If youre looking to just work and relax in Atlanta or if you know you want somewhere safe and quiet to lay your head, this is an easy choice! The subdivision is in a low traffic area and is only a short drive from restaurants and stores. If I ever consider another contract in Atlanta, Im checking her availability first!
