Could not ask for a better location! The rental was extremely clean and well equipped with everything I needed plus use of pool, canal dock, kayak, canoe and bikes. Driveway parking was never a problem. Shared laundry room with the owners. Located on a canal for fishing and kayaking. Biking distance to all that David Islands has to offer (dining, live music, coffee shop, grocery, pharmacy etc).... plus easy bike ride to downtown Tampa, the riverfront and Sparkman Wharf.
Best landlords I could've asked for! I absolutely loved my stay on Davis islands, very safe neighborhood, clean place, great area to go for walks or runs and central to everything in Tampa! I would definitely stay here again if I ever take another job in Tampa
this was one of the best places I have stayed in. K is a great host. if I am ever in Tampa again and need a place to stay it will be there. I could put my paddleboard in just outside of the rental. it was well cared for and clean.

Your fully furnished apartment backyard faces the canal waterfront and a swimming pool where you can swim, kayak, or lounge to enjoy the dolphins, coastal sea birds and balmy Florida breezes. An incredible place to relax after a long shift.
