Beautiful Historic Churchill large apartment home

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Richmond, and that was all due to Ms. Denises hospitality! She welcomed me with her warm personality. I always felt comfortable while staying at the property. Ms. Denise was efficient and professional in addressing any issues that arose during my stay. The apartment is clean, renovated with modern technology, and nicely furnished with all the essentials. It is also conveniently proximal to downtown and local highways. Not to mention picturesque views of the hills and St. James River! I fully recommend booking your short-term stay with Ms. Denise. She is an experienced landlady and a natural Southern Belle!

I stayed in this apartment for over 7 months while relocating to Virginia. This apartment is gorgeous, very airy and light and a lovely place to stay. It has high ceilings and a nice back porch, and everything you could need while working in the area. Denise is a great host and was able to address any issues had, she even provided bottled water when Richmond had a water issue for over a week! Church Hill is a fabulous area, I highly recommend!

This apartment is well-furnished and in an ideal location. Has two televisions. Located near several restaurants and parks.

My wife and I spent the summer in D's property and we had the time of our lives! Firstly, the home is fully renovated, has new appliances, cozy living room, relaxing backyard deck, huge claw foot tub and a full bed and couch in the main bedroom. Everything about this home had cozy written all over it. Secondly, the neighborhood is so friendly and vibrant! You will come across many friendly neighbors walking their dogs or gardening. There's a wine shop and burger spot steps away, chimborazo and libby hill parks nearby for outdoor activities, several bakeries, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. Downtown Richmond is a few minutes drive away and the home is close to many of the nearby hospitals. D was also so easy to work with, very inviting and accommodating just as all the local Virginians are. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to Richmond, VA. I loved it and miss it very much!

This property is in a great spot with tons of things to do within walking distant. The apartment has everything you need. Any issues or questions or requests we had were met and completed very quickly. The landlord was responsive and kind. Could not have imagined a better stay for our travel nurse contract!!
