I recently had the pleasure of renting from Betsy, and I couldnt be happier with the experiencetruly a five-star landlord! Clear, friendly, and professional in every interactioneven for minor requests. Well-Maintained, Thoughtful Property The unit was spotless on move-in day. Regular upkeep: landscaping, common areas, and even periodic deep-cleaning make it feel like Im living in a new home. If youre looking for a landlord who is responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your comfort, youll be hardpressed to find better than Betsy. Renting with her felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a caring, wellmaintained community. I would absolutely re-rent from her (and look forward too) and highly recommend her to anyone!

I had the good luck of living in this cozy apartment while I was between houses. I sold my home quickly and needed a place to stay until I could find the next house. The apartments location is perfect. Easy walk to parks, coffee, library and so many restaurants. I have an elderly dog so being able to enter the apartment without going up stairs was a plus. I always felt secure (alarm system). The apartment has everything you need. Very well appointed. Betsy and Amelia were very welcoming and helpful. I give them a definite thumbs up.

The Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and Providence Portland are both about a 15-minute drive away, while Providence St. Vincent's can be reached in approximately 20-30 minutes, traffic permitting. For those looking to explore downtown Portland, an Uber ride costs about $10-15, and reaching PDX airport is around $40. Shopping and entertainment venues such as Clackamas Town Center, Kohl's, Target, and a movie theater are less than a 10-minute drive away. B is a wonderful person to rent from. She went out of her way to make me comfortable (purchasing keurig at my request instead of coffee pot, loaned me her iPad when I had technical difficulties, offered to give me a ride when I didnt have a vehicle) She had great suggestions on things to do or places to see but also gave me my privacy at all times. This home is in the perfect spot for parking on the corner with plenty of parking at all times and the area is very safe, walkable to lots of food. The place is perfect for one person and I had my own private entrance so I could come and go as I wanted. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable with starter items even shampoo and conditioner which was so nice! Plenty of space to hang clothes I hung up two large suitcases of clothes and still had plenty of room. The storage area for suitcases was nice to get them out of way for my stay. I would definitely reach out to B in the future if Im back in Portland.
