Actually, the house is only 60 feet from hospital property. Previous renters walk to work at hospital. Very quiet-private area but does get sirens from ambulances but bedrooms are located in rear of home. Only two apartments in large older home that has been renovated, 11,000 square feet each apt. Currently the stairs to unit are covered with roof and outer side, they are wooden stairs with small patio.
Very safe area.

We have been in the rental business since 1994. Many traveling medical and hospital employees have rented with us over the years. This is currently our only rental property and we maintain it very well.
