Quiet Fully Furnished Private Bedroom Share Rental

I had a great experience renting from Patty. She was always responsive and helpful, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. The property was as described-clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and I always felt safe, which was a huge plus as I loved that it was within walking distance to Starbucks, Walmart, and other conveniences. Patty went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Her warm and welcoming personality made me feel like more than just a tenant. I would highly recommend renting from Patty-she definitely goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable, convenient place to stay!

Place is in quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just 10 minutes from popular hiking trail Taylor Mountain. Walking distance to Starbucks, Subway, Walmart and a gym. About 15-20 minutes to Santa Rosa Memorial. Easy access to highways. Room is spacious with enough drawers for my things. Nice flooring and a comfortable queen bed. P is very accommodating and even gave me beautiful flowers from her garden. House is clean as there's house cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks. Street Parking. Street cleaning is every Thursday so make sure to park somewhere else. There's more positive things to say about the room, house and area. Most important for me was I felt safe living in this house, I had a clean room and getting groceries was a breeze.

It is a delight living here. The room is very clean, quiet and calming. The large walk-in closet held everything I need. I work during evening hours and once the blackout curtains are down, it is as dark as night with super quiet neighborhood. I slept soundly in a comfortable bed. The host is very communicative, friendly, and open to share common areas. With our working hours, we rarely saw each other but I would not mind if we did. I will consider coming back here and I will absolutely recommend this room for any mutually respectful professional.

I have enjoyed living in this home. The bed is comfortable, the black out shades are amazing. I think that I sleep better here than anywhere else. The kitchen is very usable, with most anything anyone would want. I use the NutriBullet a lot to make smoothies, which is great. Once P trusted me, which happened very quickly, she is very easy to get along with during the few times that we are both awake at the same time. There are days that I don't see her, even though we both are living here. She is very thoughtful and respectful of me. For example, I am sensitive to fragrant candles and other fragrances. I eventually asked if she would not burn the candle when I am around (which she only did on weekends anyway). She was accommodating and does no longer light the candle when I am here, which I appreciate. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, not a problem at all. The home/condo is about 5 minutes from 101, with Santa Rosa and Petaluma easily accessible.
