Apartment comes fully furnished with everything you would need and more. Up to date appliances. Smart tv with cable which is a necessity for sports fan and access to local info. Comes with assigned parking space and nice view. The best part was our landlord who went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted and was quick to respond when we had questions. Worth every dollar.
