This quiet Condo unit provides a cozy living room, spacious dining room, and full kitchen with plenty of space. Both bedrooms also have ample space to get a good night's rest. The TV is a Smart TV, so you can log into your favorite app and sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite show. Our place is easily walkable downtown and near lots of eateries!

We are sorry to say that our condos HOA doesnt allow pets.

Space

Sleeps 4, but has typically been used for 1-2 tenants at a time. Quiet garden view level. Its very well insulated, so needs minimal heat in the winter and minimal air conditioning in the summer.

Quiet neighborhood. Our condo building is a 55+ building, but our HOA has allowed us to rent our condo unit to professional individuals. We have had amazing, quiet tenants so far and anticipate more in the future.
