What this property offers
Very Quiet, comfortable and safe, No one in building after 6pm. Double locking doors. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to hospitals. State Road is well taken care of in winter, so easy traveling back and forth to work. Very wide hallway up to apartment. Privacy is our number 1 priority. Quick response time if something is wrong and needs fixing. I am on the premises 7 days a week except during snowstorms.

This is a perfect place for travel nurses. The location is great close to Quarry Hill, the new building Breakwaters commons and PBMC. The apartment is close to the grocery stores and there is a diner across the street. The towns and shopping centers are average to 15 minutes away . The apartment is spacious and even thought its above the business it was very quiet. The owners were always available and she will address any issues that may arise promptly. The on-site laundry was such a blessing to not have to go to a laundromat in winter. Post office is down the street and everyone has to get a P.O. Box for mail. This town is great and so are the people.
About the landlord

I have been a property manager for 25 years. I now own the building that homes my antique shop. I rent for a minimum of 90 days. I give my medical professionals first refusal for contract extensions. The building is quiet during the night, as I usually leave the store downstairs by 6pm. There is off street parking and a laundry center on the first floor. Everything is included, including heat, electricity and high speed internet snow plowing and lawn care. We try to make the apartment as comfortable as it is a home away from home.
