GREAT Room 1 BDRM Fully Furn CONDO all inclusive sm pets maybe

This condo is lovely, comfortable, safe and convenient. Well equipped with lots of little details particularly in the kitchen that are often missed. Very comfortable bed, I work nights and was a little concerned that the bedroom window faces the balcony walkway, but it was not a problem even once. The only two caveats here are that this is on the third floor, and the staircases are no joke at 18 steps each (I would count them off when tired lol). I thought of it as my cardio, but if you have knee or back issues something to be aware of. The second is the thermostat is preprogrammed to change at certain times of day. You can set it to what you want, but it will tell you that at 11:30pm, or 6:30 am, its going back to its default. It foiled me every time lol, but a minor funny quirk easily worked around. S the owner and R the property manager could not be nicer, and are willing to jump right in if you need anything while not invading your privacy. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the property. The property all around, the grounds, pool, etc is meticulously maintained, and I never ever felt unsafe at any time of day or night. Grocery store, restaurants, drug store, pharmacy, Starbucks are all within 3 minute drive. This place is a steal. Grab it if you can!

Dublin is easily the best location to live in Columbus. The price of our stay was lower than many others in the same building. The condo itself was very nice, new, and modern. The kitchen was outstanding, and all of the in unit appliances were like new. The condo building is very nice, neighbors are friendly, and if you want something walkable groceries and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk behind the complex. The owner, S, is extremely nice and very kind. She was accommodating of anything we needed and is overall good people. Property Manager R lives nearby and she was also very kind and could be easily contacted for any issues though we did not have any. Overall 10/10.

This was a great property, and the owner was always available. Very centrally located with restaurants and stores around the area. I was about 20 min from Riverside. The pool and workout room were a definite benefit this property.
