Large Bedroom A with Pool, close to CVPH hospital

Im a travel Nurse who traveled to work in the Plattsburgh area at CVPH. One of the toughest places to find a good rental property I must say. Until I stumbled onto this property and not only was I pleased with the host warm welcome and her humbleness but the entire property was well kept, and well Maintained on all levels. I was sold on the very first time I stepped in the home. First off as a night shift medical personnel I was looking for a place with peace and quiet and this property offered just that. The atmosphere and the environment was pleasant. Renique the host was very convenient and communicated well with me during my stay. I was contracted for just 4 months but ended up staying for almost a year. Thats how at home the property made me feel. The poolside relaxation definitely was needed during the summer. 10/10. Common areas were always clean and tidy and that was definitely a plus for me. The host made my experience one to remember she shared ideas on things to do nearby and places to visit. Overall my stay was top tier and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling for work/business. What started off as a rental nightmare with other places Ive tried turned into a beautiful stay at this home. Hands down the best Airbnb in Plattsburgh New York. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

It was a great joy to have been a guest in this wonderful, safe and welcoming home. It was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated. R went above to accommodate every issue if one aroused. She provided great suggestions for local eateries, shopping and local attractions. She was responsive and considerate, ensuring that my stay was comfortable from start to finish. Without no hesitation this will be the only place I will stay if ever I am back on another assignment in this area. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Everything you need as a traveler. I was able to walk to work. Definitely recommend for someone who wants to stay close to the hospital. The landlord is very responsive and accommodating.

If your looking for a great place to stay look no further! The host is amazing, the house is beautiful! Everything is very organized, when you walk through the door you feel right at home! All the tenants are are professionals and honestly you feel like you live by yourself because if everyones schedules. When you do run in to them everyone is very friendly. The home is very well kept and super clean. I will definitely rent from this host on future assignments. Best place I have ever stayed!!!

I had a wonderful stay here.! Very thankful I ran into the host during work one morning and she offered me this room. Absolutely loved how organized everything is and there was plenty of space for my stuff. Definitely would stay here again, if I take another assignment at CVPH

If you are someone who is looking for a place to stay in this assignment, this place is the BEST one! The place is clean and organized! The shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom are so put together that you won't even feel like you have roommates at all! The location is also great as it is really close to the hospital and the stores. The owner also cares a lot for the tenants. It really felt like home! I will definitely be back here when assigned to this location again

R is the most organized host I have ever met. This home is so inviting and lovingly put together. She makes communal living easy. She provides all the basics and the shared spaces are labeled and organized. Her home is welcoming and inviting. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Very quiet despite living with 6 other people! I swear more than half of the time I never saw anyone. The house is very clean and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and at home during my 3 month stay. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

It's a beautiful house. Super clean, very close to CVPH and quiet. The owner is super accommodating and on top of things if you have any issues. I would definitely recommend renting with her.

I really enjoyed R's hospitality, Very nice, caring, clean. My room was wonderful, on the front. Sunny. Tv in room, individual thermostats each room. Host cleaned every 2 weeks in common areas.So organized from room label to all cabinets and the fridge. I really enjoyed my stay. Yes if I decide to return to Plattsburgh I would definitely stay again.

Property was very well kept and convenient. Five minute or less drive to the hospital. R is very professional and responds in a timely matter. House was very quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very comfortable stay at this beautiful home. R is very responsive to any and all questions about the area to specifics of the property. It has every amenity I needed and was very convenient, clean, and safe. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again if I ever had the chance in the area.
