Modern 1BR Apartment Walkable to Piedmont

I stayed at The Peach during my working contract and had a fantastic stay! Mrs. T and her crew were beyond helpful with any and everything I needed. When I initially arrived, my air in my unit was having issues. Mrs. T was so quick to get back to me to get this resolved. I wasn't that worried about it because things happen, it's normal in life, but she was having none of that! She worked so hard to get it taken care of for me as soon as possible. When it was determined that air unit was going to need more work than initially thought, she didn't hesitate to put me in a new, upgraded unit. I went from a 1bd to a 2bd at no extra cost. I told her I could handle the air issue, but she said absolutely not because she wanted me happy and comfortable. Most people do not have the compassion and drive for their tenants, but Mrs. T and her crew go above and beyond for theirs. I will always be checking in with The Peach Atlanta for my stays while in Atlanta!

I enjoyed my 9 month stay at The Peach. As a travel nurse, it was very convenient for me. It was close to my job & to my favorite restaurants & grocery stores. I liked my apartment. It was well equipped & an overall quiet building with a secured parking garage. I was able to get my friend to stay at The Peach and she enjoyed her stay as well. Its officially my go to rental spot in ATL for work. The staff are great with excellent customer service, especially Taqueria. Shes always readily available to assist you with your needs. I recommend 10/10.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months. The building is centrally located and easy to get to any major highway, midtown, or Buckhead. All appliances were in great shape and the apartment had everything needed. Communication with the property manager, Ta'Quiera, was smooth and easy. She was super helpful with my move-in and move-out. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at The Peach Atlanta during my year-long travel assignment in the city. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for my needs as a travel nurse. TaQuiera, the property manager, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kind, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and safe place to stay in Atlanta. Excellent location that's close to eateries, shopping centers, and attractions even if you opt to sit on your balconyI had two one in the living room and one in my bedroomand take in the city's skyline view.I discovered The Peach on furnished finder, sent a request for a 90-day stay on November 3,2022 and signed my lease on November 5, 2022. The application process was streamlined and went smoothly . My stay ended on September 5 2024, after a fantastic two years that had begun on a short-term basis.My stay was made quite comfortable by the property manager Ta"Queria, who consistently went above and above to help with any issues or requests in a compassionate manner . (FYI****The dates for the calendar below did not go back as far as 2022 so I had to select 2023 )

I recently stayed at the Peach Atlanta while on a travel assignment at the Emory Main campus. I really enjoyed my stay. I rented a one bedroom apartment and it was very modern and HUGE! It was well stocked with everything you would need for a short term rental. The complex is clean, well-maintained and extremely quiet. It is a perfect location if youre working at either the Emory main campus or Midtown location which can be reached by driving on the back streets. No need to get on the interstate. It is very centrally located to Midtown, West Midtown, and the Atlantic Station which all have nice restaurants and nightlife. Babs is nice brunch spot. The Botanical Garden is also close by and is a must see. It is also within walking distance to nearby restaurants. Check out Pata Negra! It is one of my favorite restaurants for tapas and cocktails. The property manager, TaQuiera, was always very helpful. I would definitely stay at the Peach Atlanta again.

This property is well beyond my expectations! I honestly could not have found a better apartment to stay in. Coming from out of state finding a safe and up to standard place to stay is always the most difficult, but look no further! This complex is extremely safe, clean, with a parking garage that requires a buzzer to enter. The property manager, TaQuiera, has been outstanding in all aspects from Day 1. She has been extremely responsive and goes out of her way to make sure all her tenants are taken care of. I could not have asked for a better manager! The maintenance crew is amazing and fixes any issues immediately if need be! My apartment has two balconies with the most beautiful skyline onlooking onto the highway. I am so grateful that I found this place to stay and could not have hoped for better! The pictures online look just like the apartment itself. Book NOW! You will not regret.

These apartments were nice and also safe. TaQuiera Was the best anytime I needed anything she was right there to help me through. If I return to Atlanta for an assignment I will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this property. Whether its this particular unit or another, youll be in great hands! TaQuiera and the rest of the staff are incredible. Its centrally located & close to many of the surrounding hospitals. Gated garage & dog park for anyone with furry family members. Area is safe & all amenities are regularly maintained! If Im ever back in the area as a traveler, this is where I will be!

I have been staying at The Peach Atlanta for about eight months so far and it has been great! The apartment has been wonderful. It is very spacious, has great views from the floor to ceiling windows, is quiet for the most part, and has all of the amenities that I could ask for. A big factor for me when looking for a place to stay here in Atlanta was safety and I can confidently say that I feel safe here. All access to the building, apartments, and the garage require some key to enter. The location is perfect for me and every place that I've been to has been at worst 30 minutes away. The staff here has been amazing as well, especially T and the maintenance staff. They have been quick to respond to and fix any issues that I had and always went above and beyond what I expected. They have always been professional and never shied away from saying "hi" when seeing them around the property. All-in-all, I have really enjoyed my stay here and plan to continue to do so for as long as possible

The Peach is conveniently located and provides all the comforts of home you need as you travel for work. The property manager T, is absolutely awesome and is always a call or email away if needed.

Im a travel nurse and stayed here for 3 months. My experience at the peach was pretty good, the apartments are nice but my stay is currently being overshadowed by the fact that I havent received my deposit back as of yet despite moving out July 5th. Each time that I have contacted the peach Im being told it takes 30 business days. I was told to put my account information into their system and I used the recommended method of payment on their website so it captured my account number and routing information but apparently the wrong routing number was captured. So now I have to wait an additional 30 business days to get my money. No one contacted me so I have no clue when Im supposed to get my money back. TaQueria is nice and helpful but I will definitely not be staying here again. I need the owner to contact me asap or I will be filing a lawsuit because this is ridiculous. I shouldnt have to beg for MY money back.

This one bedroom unit is very clean and quiet. The apartment is very secure with the parking being key fob access only. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, nail salons and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again.

I am a travel nurse, and this place was absolutely perfect for me and what I needed. With only a 13 minute drive to Childrens Egleston with no traffic and 20 minutes with traffic, I had no issues with getting to work. I did not have to get on the busy interstate to get to work so that was a plus!! The peach Atlanta is in the center of it all on the line of Midtown and Buckhead LITERALLY and close to amazing restaurants and shops; 5 minutes from Colony Square , 7 minutes from Atlantic Station, and an 8-10 minute drive to the most popular bars and lounges in the city !! The views from the high rise on the 11th floor are amazing. The property manager and maintenance guy for sure made sure I didnt need anything during my stay ! If anything malfunction, they were here within minutes to check it out and fix it. With keypad entry only for residents in both the garage and front entrance, safety was never an issue. They even have a courtesy officer if there is any problems, but I didnt have any in my 8 months staying here as a traveler!! If I ever came back to Atlanta, I wouldnt think twice about where I would stay ! Its literally a no brainer !!

Loved this apartment. Views were great from my 10th floor balcony, the ceiling to floor windows were such a bonus, has everything you need as a traveler. I felt very safe here and its close to everything! TQ at the office is top notch. She is very responsive and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place and would come back again if I ever take another contract in Atlanta.

I love it here! I am a traveling attorney and everyone (especially including T and R) have gone over and beyond to make my stay since Thanksgiving enjoyable. It does have many amenities in walking distance and a dog park. Very clean and convenient. I highly recommend!

Her attention to detail and expeditious response to requests has made my stay here stress free. I appreciate her, the management and maintenance for all that they do to make my stay here so comfortablea home away from home!

Started my contract in early November and was so glad I scored such a great spot!! Less than 5 minutes to Piedmont Atlanta. The property itself is very nice, safe, and the staff is beyond helpful!! TQ helped me tremendously when I had to go out of town as well as when I first moved in.

To all of you fellow Nurses! This is the place you are looking for! It's brand new, modern, and close to everything and all Hospitals! The unit has brand new appliances, a washing/dryer in the unit, and even a spa tub in the bathroom to relax after long shifts. The personnel is exceptionally nice and professional and the rent is easily affordable. The garage is accessible only to tenants so the place is very safe. Enjoy! p.s. No, they did not pay me to say that LOL

Still currently in the property. I travel with my dog and son and I have to say this place excised my expectations. Its safe, clean quiet, and close to everything including Atlantic station. I could ask for more it was a great pick.

This property has been everything that I was looking for during my rotation in Atlanta. Secured parking garage, balcony, and modern furnishings have been an added bonus. The property manager has also been great and has provided excellent hospitality during my stay. If I were to return to Atlanta in the future I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I was looking for a safe place to stay, close to everything, including Piedmont Atlanta! I love coming home to this apartment, it is gorgeous and has everything I need! The parking garage and apartment building are secure and the staff in the leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful. Great choice for a travel nurse!!!
