I am a single, professional male, age 62 who spends most of his time in Florida from October-May. This residence is my summer home. I work in the semiconductor industry and travel quite a bit. I grew up in Blountville and my family was some of the first settlers in East Tennessee. I have lived in Dallas, Windsor UK, Paris, and Orlando. I am quite familiar with living in hotels for extended periods and the consequent pros and cons.
