I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you may need and the location is great, short drive to the hospital and shopping areas. The landlord genuinely cared about my experience and was always available and checking in. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Marshfield!
This was my first time using furnished finder. This location was great and the landlord was wonder. I really can't brag on the landlord enough. The apartment was cozy comfortable and had everything I needed. This apartment was perfect in my eyesight. It even had a waffle iron. I love to cook so it did have all up to date amenities include wifi and great washer and dryer. If you feel like you need anything the landlord will do her their best to accommodate you. The lord also has an open mind to any suggestions to make the place better. The apartment the people everything was just exceptional. If I move there permanently I would definitely chose this apartment and location.

I purchased this triplex in 2004 and have lived in one apartment since then. I did run a small business out of the 2nd apartment until 2015, when it was remodeled into a 1-bdrm apartment. Since I began renting, I have been very blessed with wonderful tenants in both my rentals. I very much enjoy tending to our 1.5-acre yard and garden in the warmer months. In colder months, I work on home improvement projects, sewing, baking, and helping my parents who live just up the road from me.
