While this is a city neighborhood, the home sits well off the street an up the hill so all my guests have been delighted by how quiet it is. The large back yard offers the opportunity to commune with nature and feels like we live in the country. Truly a unique and wonderful location.

If you cook this is a great apartment with a well appointed kitchen. From upper end appliances including the double ovens. Tom is great landlord having both respect for privacy while being super responsive to any issues that arise during your stay.

I spent the last half of my working career in the natural medicine world and have an interest in all things healthcare. I'm 71 and live in the second and third floors of this big old home that has two one bedroom rentals on the first floor. I've lived here for 40+ years and really enjoy the location. The large back yard is like an oasis for me and my guests. Living on the side of Mt Penn offers delightful breezes and lots of fresh air from the nature that surrounds us.
