Lakeside Retreat

I stayed at this lovely studio apartment for 4 months in early 2023. The hosts live in the main house on the property. They are the perfect hosts! I always had great communication with both J and R, thoughtful, and extremely hospitable, they were friendly while always maintaining a sense of privacy. The unit itself is perfect! Very modern, clean and comfortable. The owners put a lot of thought into making a beautiful but comfortable and usable space. The chairs and bed were comfortable, linens were nice quality, and the kitchen had all the necessary essentials for food prep and dinner. They even included a grill on the deck for my use as well as a nice sized fridge, air-fryer, and microwave. The only recommendation I would give, if you work nights, is to bring an eye mask as completely blacking out the light might be difficult. The property itself is so peaceful. I especially enjoyed almost daily reading on the dock. Felt like home away from home!
