Amazing stay I had. Peaceful and quiet. I didnt have to travel far to the store or restaurant. A wonderful and safe neighborhood for walking. I will definitely rent again in the future from Alice. She was on top of things and quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had.
I stayed here for a whole year and LOVED it!! The area is very safe and quiet. I worked night shift and was never woken up during the day. Neighbors are friendly and sweet. The location is very convenient.. chikfila, starbucks, dunkin, zaxbys, tacobell, dollar tree, panera, harris teeter, food lion and more is 5 mins or less away. Publix is across the street. Burn boot camp is walkable as well as a couple breweries, places to eat and a coffee shop. The neighborhood is perfect for running/walking. Concord is really close too- i loved going to the outlets! The owner was always responsive and helpful. She lives there but she came home when i went home. So its like you have the whole place to yourself! If i came back I would stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, safe place to stay while traveling!!
Great place to stay! Very nice and extremely clean. Walking distance to great restaurants, and cool brewery, grocery stores are walking distance too. Owner very nice and only there occasionally so I had the whole condo to myself for the most part. Close to my workplace, sweet neighbors. Everything you need or want is here. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area again!
