2 Bed plus office Loft

advertises as 3 br, but I was given a 1 bedroom closet like room. asked for pics of 1 br, and she never sent them. arrived to a filthy unit, absolutely filthy. it took 3 days to convince her she never gave me a key to the laundry room which is in the basement. shower didn't drain, she argued that it did, she came to snake it then had to get a plumber. Im a travel nurse, and when my contract ended suddenly and asked for my deposit and cleaning fee she told me I'd get, she refused. she's dishonest, argumentative, and this 1 unit, falling apart structure isn't worth half what is being charged. I have pictures and screen shots of everything.
