Very well behaved, non-barking dogs are allowed in this room. A noisy pet is not allowed because I do have other people here that the noise would bother. This room, with the private outside entrance, opens to a fenced courtyard. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. A cat is welcome also as long as it does not claw anything or make a lot of noise.
Pet owners are responsible for any damage a pet causes.
This is a tranquil neighborhood. We are located 1/2 block from the Choptank River. We are within close walking distance of Meredith House Museum, Neild Museum, Robbins Heritage Center, Starbucks, and Sailwinds Park and shopping. Downtown is about 1.5 miles. I enjoyed staying here a lot! It is exactly as advertised, and the property owner helps you with whatever you may need. This room is best for 1 person. Excellent A/C and you can see the Choptank River from the front yard. Less than 10 minutes away to grocery stores and restaurants.
Id want to thank Lee for an amazing stay while I completed my contract in Easton, MD. Room was clean and private and has a microwave and fridge and private bathroom. No issues with my stay whatsoever.

Hello, I am a retired female homeowner living in a quiet area close to everything. I have brand new rooms each with a private bath, available. Each key lockable room is furnished and has a private bath. In December of 2019 I had an electrical fire.
