Overall, this basement property is great! It's an ideal location with a great friendly neighborhood. The property manager, T was amazing! A couple of things to consider. - This is a basement property with other tenants living above you. The sound between floors is pretty transparent. - The temperature is set by the landlord. It is colder than normal since it's a basement with temperatures ranging from 63F-69F. Space heaters are provided. Again, overall this is a great property.
